SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE With all the benefits of Reflexology, smooth, river worn Basalt Stones are used to replace finger and thumb pressure on reflex points. The heat helps to relax the muscles in the feet allowing the therapist to work deeper into the reflex areas. ​ The stones are first used to massage the lower legs relieving any tension in the calf muscles and helping to enhance energy flow. This is then followed by using various sized stones to work the reflex areas and points on the feet. The heat from the stones quickly opens up the reflex pathways bringing about a deeper level of relaxation. When setting aside time for a treatment please allow an extra 15-20 minutes for a consultation to discuss how you hope to benefit from reflexology. This enables me to tailor the treatment to your exact needs.
